10% discount for repeat bookings.

Bookings conditions

• Non-refundable deposit of 25%, payable on booking.
• Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment required for bookings made less than 8 weeks before departure.
• Refundable security deposit of £50 to cover damages/breakages.
• No pets.
• No smoking

Please note: Rental rates include all utilities, bed linen, bath and tea towels, cleaning of the apartment twice weekly, together with fresh linen supplies, and a welcome pack. Rental rates do not include flights, transfers and travel insurance.
